I had a family photoshoot with Carmen at Heaton Park, Manchester. Carmen is an absolute delight to work with. She is a very friendly and approachable person who is easy to get along with. I am uncomfortable in front of a camera but Carmen made everything feel natural and at ease. My daughter, who is very particular around people and very rarely warms up to new people, liked Carmen so much that she even tried to follow her home!
